Perinatal Counseling
The transition from couple to baby can be difficult. At Synergy Therapeutic we offer evidence-based perinatal counseling to ease the transition to parenthood and facilitate outcomes that support the welfare of the child and longevity of the family unit (or co-parenting relationship). Perinatal Counseling can be implemented with a couple or with the non-pregnant partner in methods to provide psychoeducation, support, boundaries to communication. or simply a safe space to address fears, concerns or expectations.
Couples Counseling

Academic Counseling
Being a teenager today can be incredibly difficult. Juggling school, sports, clubs, a social life and a job in addition to the expectations and demands of performance in this age of cell phones, and social media can fuel anxiety and depression at a time when we "should" be happy and carefree. In addition to support for anxiety and depression we offer strategies to facilitate the transition to post-secondary life; whether its college, trade school, or a career directly out of high school.
