Synergy Therapeutic is a private practice located in Howard County that offers mental health counseling via telehealth. At Synergy Therapeutic, we provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to individuals of all ages, 10+. Offering a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Adlerian therapy, the practice focuses on trauma-informed care to help clients navigate emotional and psychological challenges.

At Synergy we specialize in treating the issues specific to boys and men; self-esteem, identity, masculinity, race-related issues, life transitions and stressors that are unique to men. We provide a professional, safe space to explore these issues without judgement to help men find and establish their new normal.

Fees

Individual Therapy

50-minute one on one counseling session that involves goal-setting and treatment planning.

$150 per session

Couples Therapy

90-minute session with the couple to examine how they communicate and uncover underlying issues. The Gottman Sound Relationship House and the "Four Horsemen of Conflict" are explored.

$250 per session

Family Therapy

50-minute session with family members to improve communication, understand the unspoken "rules" of the family of origin to alter maladaptive patterns to establish a new normal.

$200 per session
